Board of Directors

The Company’s Board of Directs consists of the Company’s two founders, Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Gregory and the following outside members:

F. Thomas Casey. Mr. Casey joined the Board effective March 2007. Mr. Casey has over 37 years of public accounting experience having served 20 years as a Partner with Ernst & Young. During his years with the E&Y, he served in the Pittsburgh, New York, Philadelphia and Connecticut offices. In addition, he served as Regional Director of Services to Manufacturing Industries for clients headquartered in the Midwest, Northeast and Mid Atlantic states. His clients represented a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, publishing, broadcasting, energy, natural resources and high-tech. Mr. Casey has considerable experience servicing the needs of companies through all phases of their development including startup. Mr. Casey currently serves on the Board of Oberg Industries.

Robert A. Rudell. Mr. Rudell has served as a Director of the Company since October 2003. Mr. Rudell has over 30 years experience in institutional money management having served in a number of executive capacities. From 1998-2002, Mr. Rudell served as Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Management Committee for Zurich Scudder Investments, a $350B asset management firm with global operations. Earlier, from 1996-1998, Mr. Rudell served Scudder as Managing Director/President, Scudder Retirement Services. Prior to joining Scudder, Mr. Rudell spent 23 years with American Express, the last six years as President of American Express Institutional Services. Mr. Rudell received his MBA and BA from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Rudell currently serves on the boards of MEDTOX Scientific, Inc., Search Institute, LPL Financial Advisors/Optimum Funds, and Hartland Mutual Funds.
